CCPA & Privacy Rights

This page describes the privacy rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar rights that may be available to residents of other states. It supplements our Privacy Policy. The Site is operated by Covid Relief Denial, LLC.
California Residents — Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know / Access: Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing:When you consent to attorney contact, and when we use advertising technologies that disclose online identifiers to advertising platforms, those activities may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. You have the right to opt out at any time (see below).
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted by law.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
How to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may:
- Email privacy@covidreliefdenial.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share";
- Call us at (615) 909-4242; or
- Enable a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat GPC signals as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
Residents of Other States
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. Where required, you may also appeal a decision we make about your request by contacting us at the address below.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
- Identifiers (name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address)
- Personal information under California Civil Code § 1798.80(e) (name, address, phone number)
- Internet or electronic network activity (pages visited, browser type, attribution data)
- Inferences drawn from the above to evaluate potential eligibility for legal services
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, contact us by email at privacy@covidreliefdenial.com (subject line "Privacy Rights Request") or by phone at (615) 909-4242. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for submitting a privacy rights request.
Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require written authorization and verification of the agent's authority before processing such requests.
